You will take 3 or more online tests (an inventory of personality, work behaviors and assessment(s) of some of your cognitive abilities).

The purpose of these tests is to get to know you better.

We ask that you answer the tests honestly and spontaneously.

The time to carry out each test varies between 10 and 45 minutes. It is therefore necessary to count 2H30 MAX in total. Some questions may seem redundant to you within the same test or from one test to another. This is completely normal.

Please note, we have several ways to check whether or not you have answered honestly and spontaneously.

Failure to do so and attempt to cheat, for example, can be prohibitive in the company selection process.

Recommendations

It is possible on some tests to choose your language. Please favor your first language (the easiest).

Make yourself peaceful in a comfortable environment where you will not be disturbed. You need to be on your own and respond as honestly and spontaneously as possible.
